Standing Wave Yoga Floor Series
This soft and gentle practice helps students to get grounded in the basics of yoga. The focus is on breathing into each asana with conscious awareness, rather than efforting the poses with muscle. The series is practiced entirely on the floor to allow the student to surrender deeply and let go of tension. Suitable for everyone. 1 hour 15 min.
